Quality of service is at least as important as price, and all estate agents are certainly not the same. “We have invested heavily in our web-site, fully viewable on portable devices, and we are on all of the major property websites”, says Nick. “Quay’s office is open 7 days a week, we use professional photography and we are fully ‘Regulated by the RICS’. When we explain to prospective clients what we put into marketing their home, they appreciate that choosing the cheapest agent is often a costly mistake. A professional agent can often add significantly more value than the cost of their fee, which is why we are happy for prospective vendors to tell us what we are worth!”
