It conducted 22 viewings over three open days, and received a total of nine bids from a wide variety of potential buyers, from first-time buyers to seasoned property traders. The tender process took just 28 days from sale instruction to offer acceptance, and the successful bidder paid more than £30,000 over the guide price.
