TAKE THE QUAY LIVING CHALLENGE

INSTRUCT US TO LET AND MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY UNTIL 31ST AUGUST 2015, AND IF WE HAVEN’T LET IT IN 10 WORKING DAYS, WE’LL PAY YOU SIX MONTHS’ MANAGEMENT COMMISSION!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY;

1) Your signed letting and management instruction to Quay Living must be for a minimum term of 12 months, on our standard full management terms and a fee of 10% & Vat of rent passing ;

2) The letting must be at Quay Living’s assessment of open market rental value. We will be happy to confirm our rental valuation prior;

3) To qualify as ‘let’, Quay Living will have agreed a tenancy with a prospective tenant and taken a non-refundable reservation fee, although the lease itself may not yet be completed;

4 )The offer to pay you in the event that we fail to achieve a letting within 10 working days will take the form of a credit against the monthly fee Quay would otherwise charge during the first six months of the new tenancy;

5) We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to decline properties offered to us.
