An Administration Fee of £350 plus VAT is payable by the applicant when the letting is first agreed. Additional tenants attract a further charge of £75 per person.These fees are non-refundable in the event that the applicant fails to proceed, or references prove unsatisfactory. The Administration Fee covers our time and expenses in processing the application, handling references, undertaking credit checks, and negotiating and drawing-up tenancy documentaton. The fee also includes the cost of an independent inventory check-out report, undertaken at the end of the tenancy.
