Quay Living is Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the National Association of Letting Agents (ARLA) and abides by the regulations of each.
Quay is registered with the Property Redress Scheme. In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved through our complaints handling procedure then the Property Redress Scheme offers impartial third-party resolution to which our firm is obliged to comply.
