''Just an acknowledgement of the excellent service you provided me with during May 2014. When the time came to find a new tenant I was not expecting an easy ride. I live half the week 30 miles away, work 40 miles outside the area and have a busy 12 hour day. I expected some time wasting, some stress and massive inconvenience which was likely to cost me money, as my work would have been interrupted.
Thankfully, Quay Living was there to help, they did ALL the work and I even felt surplus and not required at times, never a bad thing. All viewings were taken care of and an excellent tenant was chosen as well as a significant rent increase, all necessary utilities informed, security checks passed and a tenancy agreement signed. The flat was only empty for ten days!!!! I was kept informed throughout the process and from my point of view it was simple - just two weeks, two emails and two phone calls. Painless, Professional and Perfect.

''In mid-November 2011 we thought about a buy-to-let property and decided a property in Poole would be a good investment. With no experience as landlords we did the usual rounds of the Internet plus a few estate agents and called into Quay Living in Poole. Little did we know that by the 3rd January with their guidance and expertise we would have bought, furnished and rented out an apartment from them!
We met Helen who showed us around several apartments and advised us on the suitability on letting. We decided to buy an apartment in Orchard Plaza and asked them to supply all furnishings and fixtures/ fittings suitable for holiday letting. We wanted to be in by Xmas, which was only 5 weeks away! We were first time landlords so Quay Living advised and helped us through the various legal and health and safety issues.
How did it turn out? We were in by Xmas and Helen at Quay Living had done a superb job of furnishing the apartment under budget. We now realize it was something we could not have done ourselves to produce that “wow” factor.
After a comfortable Xmas in our lovely new apartment Quay Holidays, who are arranging the letting, informed us that they had tenants for a couple of months starting on the 3rd January. So we handed back the keys confident that Quay Holidays will manage the complete letting process.
It is nice to deal with people who provide an excellent service and fulfill their promises. Thank you Quay Living!''

''I live in Berkshire but my parents owned a house on the south coast, in Poole. When they passed away, they left the house to me. I thought of selling it but didn’t want to because it still held a lot of sentimental value.
A friend asked whether I had thought of letting it out as a holiday rental property and recommended Quay to me. I spoke to Operations Manager, Louise in March 2010 and straight away was impressed by her professionalism and personality.
The Quay team inspected the property for me and let me know that it needed to have some refurbishments. I was a bit reluctant to spend money on furnishings but the team provided guidance and advice, working with their extensive list of contacts to assist, bringing it in well under budget. In September 2010 the property was ready to let and was booked up straight away.
The team at Quay instilled great confidence from the very beginning that they knew what they were doing, and they certainly do it well!''
